Three things you can request, three forms — verified by email, processed within 30 days, available anywhere in the world. We don't gate this behind a region check; the right to know what's in your record applies regardless of jurisdiction.

A copy of every field we hold against your email address, in machine-readable JSON.

● Correct

Update an inaccurate field — region, name, the unsubscribe state.

● Delete

Hard-delete every record. The address is also added to a permanent suppression list.

Submit a request.

Use the form below or email privacy@sync.community. Either route triggers the same email-verification step; only verified requests are honored.

What happens next.

You'll receive a verification email at the address you provided within a few minutes. Click the link in that email to confirm. Once confirmed, we process the request within 30 days — usually inside 7 days for export and deletion, longer only when the request requires manual cross-referencing.

You'll receive a second email when the request is complete. For exports, the email includes a download link valid for 7 days. For deletions, the email confirms hard-deletion and suppression.

The fine print.

If we cannot verify the request within 14 days, it expires and you'll need to start over. We'll never charge for a DSAR. If we cannot fulfill a request — for example, you're asking us to delete a record we never had — we'll explain why, in the same email channel.
